Greetings and blessings! My life’s journey has led me to serve as the Lead Pastor of Fervent Prayer Church, a congregation that began humbly with around ten members in a school building on the west side of Indianapolis. My mission has always been to foster healing and deliverance through the potent combination of prayer and faith, aiming to impact lives locally and globally.

My journey has been enriched by aligning with a remarkable pastoral leadership team, through which I’ve been blessed to serve the city of Indianapolis profoundly since April 1995. My efforts in community service and leadership were recognized when I became the first pastor in Indianapolis’ history to be appointed to the police merit board by Mayor Greg Ballard in 2010. My commitment to our community extends through my role as the director of the Far East Side Action Coalition, my past contributions as a board member for the Community Alliance of the Far East Side (CAFE), and my ongoing dedication as the President of Fervent Care Childcare and Christian Academy.

My work has been acknowledged with several honors, including the Mayor’s Community Service Award in 2014, the Trailblazer Award from the Governor of Indiana, and the Crime Fighter of the Year Award from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) in 2016. Beyond these accolades, I hold a Masters of Divinity from Indiana Wesleyan Seminary and was named a Distinguished Alumni by Indiana Wesleyan in 2016.

The foundation of my life is my family. I am a proud father to four beautiful daughters and a grandfather to two wonderful grandsons. When I’m not engaged in ministry or community service, you can find me enjoying fitness activities or relaxing by the water, rod in hand, indulging in my love for fishing.

My heart is in serving others, whether it’s through leading my church, mentoring the youth of Indianapolis with initiatives like Clean for Green, or simply being there for my family and community. I am blessed to live a life dedicated to faith, service, and love.
